How
do I reserve my Dino Jump ?
Just
give us at call at 303-471-9558
to reserve your jump. In order for us to better serve you,
please have the party location zip code or city name and your
choice of jump. Since we do not take a deposit up front, it
pays to book early to ensure you get the jump of your choice.
How
much does it cost ?
The
cost of each party depends on a number of factors. Call us
today at 303-471-9558
with your party date and the zip
code or city where the party will held. We normally rent for
3 or 6 hours at a time. Additional hours can be booked for
an additional charge. Please call 303-471-9558
so we can provide you an accurate price quote.
What
if I have to cancel ?
We understand that sometimes emergencies happen.
Whether it's rain or a sick child, just give us a call before
the start of the party. We would appreciate as much notice
as possible so we have a chance to rent your
Dino Jump to someone else.
Do you deliver and set up?
You
bet...that's the best part..we do all the work !! Our professional,
uniformed drivers will deliver and set up your jump and insure
that it is clean and in good working condition
well before your party starts and come back
to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes
about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 15-20 minutes.
This service is included in your rental cost. Our drivers
are on a tight schedule so we would appreciate that you have
your jump location selected prior to their arrival. Our drivers
cannot move the jump once it has been setup other than for
safety reasons.
What
kind of power is required?
The one horsepower blowers that inflate
your Dino jump plug into a standard 110 household outlet.
We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged
into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the jump should
be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like
to set up a Dino Jump at a park or place without an electrical
outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can provide a generator
for an additional charge.
What
if my yard is too small ?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we
can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when
ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will
make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.
How
much room do I need to set up the jump ?
You should have an area about
20'x20' with a vertical clearance of about 15'-22'. You can
find the clearance requirements for each jump
on this web site.
Are
Dino Jumps safe ?
Your
child's safety is our number one
concern. Dino Jump has a reputation throughout the industry
for providing the SAFEST Inflatables and "Jumps" around!
As with any activity involving
small children, an adult should supervise the activity. All
of our jumps are covered for weather protection (direct sun
& light rain) and they have netting on three sides to
allow for great visibility and air circulation. All of our
products are specially designed to ensure maximum stability!
Is this a safety feature? Absolutely!!! Our Jumps will NEVER
tip over or "cave-in" while in use! Even with all our safety
features, strong winds are a significant safety hazard. Colorado
weather is very unpredictable. Unplug the jump immediately
at the first signs of lightning, heavy rains or high winds
(20-25 mph). Once the weather
threat has passed, you can plug your jump back in, wipe it
down and begin to jump again. It only takes one and half minutes
for your jump to re-inflate.
Are
you Insured ?
Dino Jump of the Rockies
carries a liability
insurance policy. All individuals and companies that rent
a Dino Jump are required to sign a liability waiver prior
to set up. We CANNOT set up a Dino Jump until the liability
waiver is signed.
Is
there a deposit required to reserve a Dino Jump ?
No. We do not require any
money up front to reserve a jump. We ask that you be prepared
to pay our driver with cash or a check, made out to
Dino Jump, at the time
of delivery. As with any service oriented business, tips are
greatly appreciated by our drivers, but not required.
Can
I have my party at a park ?
Dino
Jumps are perfect for Parks. We have established great working
relationships with many of the parks in the South Denver area
but it is always a good idea to check with the park before
your party. Some cities require that you have reservations
in order to have a Dino Jump at the park. Also, most cities
will require that they be named as additionally insured on
our policy. There is usually no charge for this, however we
do need at least a one-week notice to accomplish this. Also
check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can
arrange for a generator for an additional charge.
Is
there anything else I need to know ?
The
jumps are very strong and durable but there are some things
that just don't mix well with inflatable jumps: sharp objects,
gum, food and drinks, silly string, pens and markers, flips,
glass, shoes and related objects. We respectfully ask that
you closely monitor to insure the jumps are protected from
these items.
During
the hot summer months, the jumps can become very hot. For
the safety of the children, Dino Jump allows the jumps to
be cooled down with water. We ask that you cease all water
activities one hour before pickup to allow the jump to dry
prior to transport. |
